Options for redeeming Infant award redemption?

So looking at options for redeeming 2 adult seats and 1 infant in J/F class - currently have surplus Amex points.
What I know; Apparently Qantas only charge taxes on infants, Singapore Airlines charge 10% of cash fare (no points option). Anyone able to confirm or expand on these and other Amex related programs would be great.
