Need help with RTW reward booking

I hope someone might be able to help.

I am looking at making a RTW booking starting in Bali and then flying to Chicago. I wanted to fly from Chicago to Brisbane where I would stay for 6-months before heading to London. However, on the RTW booking map I can’t select Brisbane from Chicago, it says it is Not Selectable, does this mean you can’t fly this route?

Curious to know what booking tool this is? Care to share a link or screenshot?

Do you still require assistance with your request above? Some info on the interface you were using would be helpful as it is not very obvious what the issue you are encountering is about.
