Making a booking for Qatar flights using Qantas Points

hi there,
I’ve currently got about 120K Qantas FF which I would like to make a booking from
MEL-TIV.  Its a rather difficult route as only a handful of airlines fly there.
Does anyone know how I can book a Qatar flight through Qantas?  the problem is that Tivat (TIV) is even listed as a destination on the Qantas website.
 
any help much appreciated!

Qatar do not fly to TIV. The only Qantas partner that has a regular flight to TIV is S7 from Moscow-Domodedovo. Air Berlin have a seasonal flights from MUC.
