Looking for assistance, i have both Qantas FF points and Qatar Avios points. How can i use both to get business class seats for my wife and myself. How difficult would this be?

You should have better luck with Qatar Avios in getting award seats on Qatar Airways. I don’t think Qantas has been seeing Qatar award space in a long while.
Have a play doing some dummy searches with dummy dates to get a feel on any potential patterns (1 year away, 1-2 weeks away or random dates).
Hopefully you have enough Avios for what you need. Think it might be 90k one way from rough memory from Australia to Europe.
If you have other destinations in mind, please advise.
