I recently lost hundreds of QFF status credits when my membership for 2020 ended and I couldn’t complete the flights I needed for a tier upgrade. Is it true that some members are being offered the opportunity to rollover 100 status credits from 2020? And if so, who qualifies?
Hi francesj2, yes Qantas is allowing elite members to rollover up to 40% of the status credits needed to retain their tier (100 for Silver up to 1,800 for Platinum). More info can be found here.
Also Points Club Plus members (those who earn 350,000+ eligible Qantas Points in a membership year) also have the ability to roll over 100 Status Credits, which might be what you were alluding to. More info on that here.
