Is it possible to use Qantas points to upgrade on Cathay Pacific?

If I book a flight on Cathay Pacific may I use my Qantas Frequent Flyer points to get an upgrade?

Unfortunately not. Qantas currently only allow upgrades using Qantas Points on Qantas operated (and ticketed) flights.
