Is 80,000K Etihad points for 159 Euros a good deal?

Got a targetted email from Etihad advertising a new partnership , looks like a rich persons private club membership , not sure how good the card is however 80,000 points for 159 Euros?

If you go direct instead of using the Etihad link below it’s 90 euros so your paying extra , but it does seem like ALOT of points without even needing to churn a credit card?

It’s 159 euro per month and you need to pay for 12 months minimum, so it’s not a good deal.
