How to use Thai miles to upgrade Air New Zealand flights?

My wife and I will be flying return to Vancouver in August-September, We have approx 55000 Thai miles each and we wish to use them as part of these flights, Air New zealand have good Business class airfares at the moment and I would like to know if I can use the Thai miles with Air New zealand ( Star Alliancea ) and if so how do I go about doing it. Cheers

I suspect you will need to ring Thai Orchid program to upgrade. I could be completely wrong though. It wouldn’t hurt to give them a call and ask them to help.
