How to use Qantas point to redeem for internal South America flights?

Hi all

I will be travelling to South America this Oct/Nov and am having trouble finding flights I can redeem my Qantas points for on the following routes (one-way):

  • Lima, Peru to Quito, Ecudaor
  • Lima, Peru to Bogota, Colombia

The Qantas points calculator discloses the number of points required for either flight is 14,000 Qantas points. Both of these flights are available to book through partner airline LATAM, however neither of these cities are selectable in the flight search engine.

Is it possible to use Qantas points to redeem flights on these routes, and if so, how can you go about doing so?

Hi,

For oneWorld Alliance member airlines and Qantas partner airlines that is unsearchable on Qantas website, you have to search via British Airways or JAL for award seats and ring Qantas to redeem using Qantas points.
