How to select seats on JAL?

Hey guys, I have had extreme difficulty finding the right place to check a JAL booking and choose first class seats.
We have bookings for first class tickets but the JAL app and JAL website are absolutely stone age trash tier.

I have looked up guides and use the right syntax of name to check bookings but next to no luck getting the website to co-operate.

Somehow a few months ago I managed to select seats on the way over, but 3 of us are coming home first class on different flights and I can’t locate any of those bookings. HELP!
