How to optimise current IHG or Hilton point sale for stays in Japan?

Hi,

I have an upcoming trip to Japan and I want to spend 1-2 night in a luxury / boutique hotel.

Any recommendations with the above promotions maybe I can buy points and strike a bargain?

I could not find how many points each hotel etc.

Your best bet would be the Conrad in Tokyo which usually needs 95000 points. The cash price is usually over $1000 so buying points often come out on top with this hotel.
