How to go about booking round the world redemptions in business class with Qantas points?

A regular traveller told me that an effective use of Qantas points was to fly around the work using your Qantas points.

I’m flexible with dates and even locations to a degree.

Does anyone have any experience on how to do this and how many points you’d need to fly business?

I’d be looking to fly from Brisbane to Europe and the US.
