How to get complimentary lounge passes from Amex card?

Recently I switched to an Amex Card which came with 100,000 bonus points. 20,000 on acceptance of application and 80,000 once I had spent the required amount of money in the first 90 days. I have received the points.

I was also supposed to receive 2 entry passes for the Qantas Lounge but I have not received anything as yet, when can I expect them?

You have to purchase a Qantas flight or Qantas club membership first. You will receive digital passes 2 weeks later.
