Are you asking about award flights (with points/miles)? This info is not shown in your question so far. If you are after award flights:
What type of points do you have at your disposal? How many passengers? What cabin would you like to fly in?
If it’s using $, it is a much simpler answer. I just searched Sydney to Sao Paulo and filter out any US based airline.

A quick way to do any general search for flights is using googles search engine. Filter out the US based airlines to get a massive list of all the other routes possible.
