I currently have 29,313 Asiana miles and am trying to figure out (if possible) to purchase an extra 700 more miles so I can get business seat tickets - are there ways to do this?

Doesn’t look like there is an easy way to top up the 700 miles. As I suspect it is not a huge amount, there might be ways to quickly earn the required miles. See some suggestions below.
Think either car hire or hotel bookings/if you have some hotel points lying around, might be a good option.
