Decided to claim for previous flights in the last 12 months. Majority of flights are with Airnorth and a long distance KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Tried online and the system did not work. Called and was told these airlines were not partners, but they are listed on Qantas as partner airlines in the oneworld alliance. A claim has been lodged so will hear something in 14 business days. Has anyone had problems claiming points from partner airlines?
Some airlines only allow retrospective claims from the past 3-6 months. However, I’m not exactly sure about Qantas’ stance in this. Might be disclosed on the claim page.
