How to book premium economy award seat on Cathay Pacific flight using Qantas points?

Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question, 1st time trying to book a rewards seat.
Would like to fly Hong Kong-Perth (one way) Oct 2020 PE. Looking at the Cathay Pacific direct flight. From Qantas FF website I cannot see any options for PE, only economy and business. Also had a look at the AA website, couldnt see it there either.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi kek,

Since you have checked AA too, I would also check Cathay Pacific/Asia Miles. If they don’t see award availability, partners generally wouldn’t see it too.

Another thing I could think of is October 2020 is very far forward. AA opens 330days in advance from memory.

Edit: I had a look, it looks like there are seats on CX/AM under Choice. None under Standard, which is usually what Partner Airlines see.

So they fact that I can see business /economy but no premium economy means it’s just not available, ok.
What is choice vs standard?
