How to book Jetstar flight from Bali using Qantas points?

Hi all - I’m trying to book a one-way flight from Bali to Singapore using Qantas FF points.

When doing this from the Qantas homepage, it says it will direct the booking to Jetstar Indonesia page, and the points can be used at the Payment screen.

However, there doesn’t appear to be any option to use Qantas points on the payment screen.

Can someone help advise as to what i’m missing?

Hi @benobi,
on qantas.com, make sure you have checked the ‘Use Points’ radio button instead of the ‘Use money, points or both’ radio button. This way, you will not be directed to the Jetstar payment website but instead to the classic rewards screen on qantas.com
