I am planning a family of four white Christmas trip to Europe in 2026 using KrisFlyer points. Almost exactly the time they launched ‘Access’ redemptions, I noticed KrisFlyer seem to stop releasing four saver seats to any of the European destinations I had been doing searches for. They now seem to be capping it at 3 per flight (at least to get out of Aus). As a result, I am considering redeeming 3 at saver and then booking one at the ‘advantage’ rate. My questions are is there anyway to combine different redemption categories (Saver & Advantage) into the same booking? Secondly, are they separate buckets of available seats? As in, if I book three saver seats, will the advantage seat still be available on that same flight?

Yes. You should be able to book the 3 saver first in one booking and the 1 advantage in a second booking for the same flight.
