How to best use my Alaska Mileage Plan miles to get to Europe?

Hi All

I am a travel novice but I have 84,000 air alaska miles as well as 120,000 QFF points accumulated. My wife and I would love to Europe at some point but have no idea how to use the Air Alaska miles.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
