How to best use 190,000 Asia Miles for Sydney to Norway in business class?

Hi there,

I am planning to take a trip from Sydney to Norway in mid-2019 with wife, 3 yr old kid, 6 month baby (ages all at the time of planned trip)

I have 160,000 Amex MR points and another 30,000 in Asia Miles.

What are your suggestions for best redemption methods and use of these points to get us all in Business class? I am happy to pay one full fare and use points for the other person.
