Just retired and planning on lots of travelling.
Trying to get a velocity Amex card.
I have a very healthy super fund and an almost perfect credit score and no debts now but have an excellent history of loans / mortgage etc .
Amex refused to give me a new card.
Is their policy just to avoid retirees ? Or do I need to go back to them ?
