How to access Virgin lounge with free lounge passes from Amex Velocity Platinum card?

Hi

I’m a newbie to the airline lounge scene.

I received 2x Velocity lounge passes when I signed up for the Amex Velocity Platinum card (thanks to the helpful tip from Point Hacks!). I did not receive a physical pass- I can see the lounge passes have been issued when I log into my Velocity account. I can’t see a way of printing these and I am just wondering how I go about using them for an upcoming flight. Do I present at the lounge and provide my Velocity number? Also if there’s 2 passes do minors get in (we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children) without a pass?

As Warren mentioned, it is tied to your card and account. There is no way to print it out, just show them your boarding pass or card at the lounge.

Hi Izzy,

It may already been linked to your Velocity membership card. My guess is you only need to provide your Velocity membership card and your boarding pass at the lounge entry.

Best to double check by calling Velocity hotline.
