Hi I cancelled a Qantas business reward booking for 2 passengers in November last year (2019) one way from Denpasar to Sydney Business class on Jetstar.
I have yet to receive the approximate 80,000 refund points. I asked in a chat talk on-line with Qantas FF who said it should take approximately 6 weeks, but since the Covid I have been unable to launch a chat.
Do you know if I am required to make a formal application?
Virgin Velocity, which I used from Sydney to Denpasar refunded within the 6 weeks as promised.
