I am curious to know if there is a guide anywhere to show the NUMBER of business or first class seats the various airlines make available on their sectors. It is relatively easy to see WHEN they are released, but how many?
Eg, I want two business class seats on Sri Lankan Airlines from CMB to SYD.
I only see ONE become available as each new day ticks over. I’d think they’d release at least two??

There are no hard and fast rules. Things are dynamic and often change as well.
Some common ones are:
Emirates First Class - 1
Singapore Airlines Business Class - up to 4 Saver + 2 Advantage
I would say in general going more than 2 premium seats on any flight is getting rarer.
