Hi all
I have previously booked through the complimentary flight booking link however this now diverts to Velocity and when I sign in, it shows flights for currency or points only. What am I doing wrong? I am trying to book for June 2024 and my Amex anniversary date is September if that makes any difference. I am pretty certain I haven’t used this year’s flight.

I did that and they recommended I delete my cache history which seemed to work!
