How can I transfer Amex to Velocity Frequent Flyer program if my names are different (maiden and married names)

Hi, have tried to transfer my Amex points to Velocity. My (business) Amex card is in my maiden name & my VFF & passport are in my married name. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get around this?

I would contact Amex quickly and do a name change. Best to do it asap if you want to transfer before the devaluation mid-April.

If linking your Velocity acct on Amex doesn’t work, I would contact Amex asap.
