Horizon Air As Alaskahorizon - is this considered a One World Alliance flight?

Would someone be able to tell me whether the below flight would qualify as a One World airlines, and therefore can be one of the flights I can include on my itinerary for the Round the World trip?

Flight AS2165 is operated by Horizon Air As Alaskahorizon

I have since also been able to find a document noting that the below affiliate airlines are also allowable under Oneworld.
