Has the conversion function from Krisflyer miles to Velocity points actually become available again?

I have tried online but it seems like there is no link. It should be available from today. Any idea?

I actually made a mistake here, I am looking to convert my KF miles to Velocity. I can see the section about it but there is no link/direction to do it. Any idea?
