Has anyone had issues finalising Qantas redemption for China Eastern flights?

Not sure if anyone can help here. I am trying to book the last leg on my RTW. I know Qantas and Cathay usually come up 12 days short of a year ahead. However, on the website China Eastern Business flights appear on 5 days of the last 2 weeks including 2 days ago. I can see them but the Qantas agent cannot. Has anyone had this experience before?

If I understand your question correctly, it may be phantom seats (seats that are actually not there). Try hanging up and calling again, Qantas agents are not of the same knowledge.
