Family pooling with Velocity Frequent Flyer Program - how to find lost points and credits after I removed someone?

Hi, does anyone know if its against the virgin rules to do the following.

knowing that; you get 5 options to chop and change between family members a year.

So if I have a few people at the same address 18yrs and over and they are travelling at different times in the year, can I put on and put off different people in the family pool in order to get the credits (thus maximize status)?

It seems I did this and then removed that person a week after the flight to put someone else about to travel on, but looking at my balance now, the points and credits have disappeared???

I couldn’t find anything in the general rules on family pooling about this.

Have you called the guest contact centre to ask what’s going on?
