Haven’t seen this elsewhere on the site but notice the Qantas Flight Reward tables have been updated.
If I read right Emirates will no longer be part of the Qantas table from 31/8/2020 and will move to the partner table. Aside from the increase QFF point cost to fly Emirates this is problematic if you want to combine airlines from different reward tables as I gather the points cost for each leg is separate.
This too has been happening with Emirates reward availability: “Emirates typically releases award availability around 11 months in advance, although there are some strange things happening with Emirates award availability at the moment. Seats are not being released at the usual time, and on many routes there is currently no Business class award availability at all.”
