Easiest ways to transfer Altitude Rewards points to AAdvantage Miles?

I want to move some altitude points to AAdvantage to top up for some flights I want to book.

Any ideas on the easiest eay to transfer them?

I also have a heap of krisflyer points if that helps.

*note the altitude are in my husbands name, the AAdvantage is in mine.

I thought you can’t transfer from altitude to AAdvantage

It doesn’t look like you can do it directly, but if we transfer to another oneworld partner (like Malaysion airlines) can we then transfer them to the AAdvantage?
