Easiest way to get 80 Velocity Status Credits?

Hi,

Just received a targeted offer from Flybuys with free Velocity Gold for 3 months and a requirement to earn 80 SC to keep Gold. Being a newbie to the whole status credit thing, I just want some suggestions to routes etc.
