I hit everything required to upgrade to Gold, and got upgraded. A week later it reviewed again, and I got changed to Explore Gold, with a sooner review date (Sept this year). I’ve since received my gold card in the mail with the correct 12 months review date, but the online system continues to say I’m Explore Gold with a review date in 3 months. I’ve emailed velocity but no response after several days. Thoughts?
