Does Krisflyer allow a member to book an award ticket for another family member using one person's miles?

Hi Just wondering if krisflyer program allows one member to book another family member’s award ticket. ie do they allow sharing of miles in one household? TIA

The short answer is yes. But before you can do so, you need to add the other family member to your group of “Redemption nominees”. You can pick up to five other people as “redemption nominees”, and they don’t need to be family members.

To add someone, log in to your KrisFlyer account, select “profile”, then “Redemption nominees”, and go from there.

Just to add, it doesn’t have to be a family member. As long as you can add them to your redemption nominee list.
