Does China Eastern airline offer upgrade options at the Sydney airport check in counter?

I am short of one business reward flight and willing to take my chances with cash upgrade at the airport but want to confirm whether China Eastern offers that option.

Google search round this Tripadvisor review. Sounds like upgrades are possible. Just not sure whether offered at Sydney check-in.

If you are really desperate to confirm, maybe consider calling the airline or go ask them at the airport.
