Hi, does anyone know if Asiana has reinstated their STPC program (paid hotel for long layover)? It was paused due to covid, but now they are back to flying from Australia and we can’t find any info and the call centre in Australia is also not back, neither do they reply to any emails. Thanks
The documentation pre-covid was already very opaque as to the various restrictions etc and involved calling them most of the time. Even back then, I used Skype (or similar international voice calling if your sim has them) to call the US one during their business hours. If you call outside of them, you’ll get connected to the Korean one where the people often couldn’t speak English confidently and they will request a callback.
