Does anyone know what time each day Singapore Airlines allocate more reward/saver seats eg 11am ? Trying to get reward seats Brisbane to Siem Reap and return Hanoi to Brisbane.

Last I checked it was 12 midnight Singapore time when they open seats for booking/redeeming for an extra date in the future.
If you are seeing “waitlist”, it is a well-known mystery as to when waitlist clears.
Krisflyer is notorious for being very protective of their premium cabins. They would rather fly vacant than release more award seats even 1 or 2 weeks before the flight date. Some other airline program are more open to release more seats occasionally or closer to the flight date.
