The only option now , via the velocity page (wanting to transfer velocity to krisflyer) is to link a krisflyer account, upon which i get an error message saying there is already an account linked to velocity (which is correct, but it is now expired due lack of activity so am trying to link the active one). I remember it used to be simple to unlink, and then link a new account on velocity but it looks like that option of unlink is now removed, anyone know a way around this other than the call centre which is closed now due to Phillipines quarantine restrictions?
I believe you can still contact call centres in Australia and New Zealand no?

No it sounds like their call centres are all based there and closed, when I called velocity yesterday it was just messages advising of the call centre and an email address in the case of flights in the next 24 hours.
I had the same issue. Email KF_contact@singaporeair.com.sg and they will help you.
