Does anyone know how to avoid Qantas Error (4002 [7597])?

Received Qantas Error (4002 [7597]) when trying to book the following One World multi city booking,
Sydney > Singapore (BA)
Singapore > Doha (QR) + Doha > Paris (QR) separate flights but same day
Athens > Doha (QR) + Doha > Bangkok (QR) combined flight on same day
Bangkok > Kuala Lumpur (MH) + Kuala Lumpur > Sydney (MH) combined flight on same day

Can you please assist?

I think its the departure from Doha that’s causing problems? Qantas website can’t process departures from Qatar. See if that fixes it.
