Does airline partners see the same award seats or get allocated separate lots of seats?

Hi, I am trying to book the JAL flight one way from NARITA to Sydney with either Asia Miles or Qantas Reward.

I need 3 Tickets

British Airways, QANTAS and Asia Miles all seem to have two business class tickets available.

I guess my question is - Is there only two reward flights for all of one world, or could I book two with Asia Miles and then be able to book one with QANTAS.

I am guessing once I book the Asia Miles ones, the two QANTAS ones will dissapear?

Anyone with any experience with this

Correct, two in total, not two per airline

In general they see the same seats. Some programs sees less seats than other programs.
