Do you get lounge access if you upgrade to business class?

I’m flying from Melb to Brisbane shortly, if I upgrade my ticket to business do I get access to a lounge at the airport

You haven’t stated which airline you’ll be flying but if it’s Qantas or Virgin the answer is yes and I’m pretty sure that Rex gives you lounge access as well.
