Can Qantas Club members departing Singapore on a Jetstar Asia flight (regardless of class or fare type) get access to the Qantas Club in Singapore?

The answer is yes!
Qantas Club members whose next onward flight that day is a Jetstar operated flight with a JQ or 3K flight number will gain complimentary access to the Qantas Club, where available. Access is not available to Qantas partner airline lounges or associated lounges.

Just a couple of things to be aware of:
Jetstar flights depart from terminal 4, and the Qantas lounge is in terminal 1. You’ll need to allow enough time to travel to terminal 4 and as far as I’m aware there’s no boarding announcements or flight status (delays etc.) updates in the Qantas lounge for Jetstar flights.
The lounge hours are dependent on Qantas schedules - website says lounge opens 4 hours prior to Qantas departures. This may not work for you if you have a morning Jetstar flight so check the website for more detail on operating hours.
