Do you get access to any lounges in San Francisco being an Amex Cardholder?

Hi everyone, my friend is traveling to the US later this year and I’ve been trying to help with appropriate card access (ie Amex).
Are there any cards that provide access to overseas lounges? Specifically San Fran due to a long stopover at the airport.

If you are a holder of a Platinum Charge or Centurion card, you get free access to the Amex Centurion Lounge + 2 guests.

Being holders of these 2 cards, you  get complimentary Priority Pass membership, which gets you access to Air France - KLM Lounge at SFO.
