Do the point costs of Qantas round the world redemption stay within the cap as you add more flights at a later stage?

Hey Guys

Have a question re: the qantas round the world classic reward.

Aiming for Nov-Dec 2023 trip. Obviously the flights in November will be available before the flights in December. The question is, if I add each leg as it becomes available so that I can try and secure the business reward seats, when I go to add the next leg, will it still cap the points at the round the world classic reward price (if all other criteria met)? Obv there will be some change fees or whatever but a small price to secure them as they are released?

Yes, it will still be capped at the max point costs + increasing taxes/surcharges as you add more flights to the itinerary - provided you remain within the rules.
