Do I earn both Velocity points and Flybuys points when booking Virgin flights through flybuys?

Hi all,

I’m a Velocity member and i’m looking at buying some flights soon through the Flybuys site as they have 10x points on some domestic flights in Australia. I’m curious to see if anybody knows, if I book Virgin Flights through the FlyBuys site, will I still receive Velocity points for the flights as well as the Flybuys points? I’m not talking about converting the Flybuys points after the flights, but whether or not you can collect both the Flybuys for booking and still receive the Velocity points for flying.

Yes you earn on both. Flybuys are partners of Velocity
