Current Targeted Velocity Double Status Credits Promotion - does it apply to all passengers if booked together with targeted member?

Velocity are currently running a targeted promotion where one can earn double status credits for flights booked within the promotion period.
My question is if I make a booking for 2 during this promotion, do the double SCs apply to me only, or all the people on the booking?

Hi,

As 5 days have passed without response and not having personally received the targeted offer, my only suggestion is to check the T & Cs which should accompany the email offer. It should clearly define who is eligible.
