Could someone please explain why the amount of Qantas points required for a RTW redemption does not match up?

I’m trying to calculate the number of qantas points needed for a europe trip next year in business class. So far I have
SYD-PVG- CDG with China eastern
CDG-ZUR by land
ZUR-DOH-KUL with Qatar
KUL-SIN-SYD with Malaysia and BA

I think this qualifies for the 318K qantas points but the calculation says 358K. What have I done wrong?

If you are looking to book the OneWorld Round the World trip using Qantas Points, then you cannot have China Eastern in your booking because it is not a oneworld partner.

If you need more help planning your round the world trip refer to this guide.

thanks for the reply. I thought because you can book through qantas CE was a member. That’s a shame because they’re about the only airline that bronze members can get access to. Back to the drawing board
