Combining Asia Miles balances using Asia Miles Redemption Groups to book an award flight

I have added my wife to my Asia Miles redemption group.

If I transfer my Amex MR points to my Asia Miles account and my wife transfers her Altitude points to her Asia Miles account can I book a reward flight using a combination of our Asia Miles points across both accounts?
